フィジー ハイダウェイ リゾート＆スパ（Fiji Hideaway Resort & Spa） ★★★★

Although the property could do with some TLC, the staff were amazing and so, so friendly. The entertainment was very good, the poolside activities were fantastic and so much fun. The standard of food was very high although the coffee hut was a bit hit and miss depending on who was making the coffee. The vila we stayed in was excellent. We loved the whole experience and couldn't get enough of the Sun Dance. See you all again soon

Minor issue, but please raise the quality of the coffee shop coffee.

This is our 3rd time here and the food is always lovely. There is a good variety to cater for every ones tastes. The staff are always super friendly and several recognised us and greeted us with hugs. The rooms are always clean and very relaxing. The nightly entertainment from the local villages was always good and New Years eve fireworks on the beach were amazing.

Service sometimes could have been a bit faster but we were on Fiji Time so it didn't really matter.

The staff are the biggest asset of the Fiji Hideaway. Everyone makes an effort to ensure you feel at home. The resort is very family oriented with lots of free activities run throughout the day. The evening entertainment is a highlight for my family. The snorkelling, available during high tide, is good too, not much coral but lots of interesting fish to view. There is a real fun, happy vibe at the Hideaway which keeps us coming back. (This was our 4th visit!)

The resort is in need of maintenance and while I can see some improvements since our last stay 2 years ago it is an older resort and has ongoing maintenance needs that need addressing - the pool needs a good clean, there were lots of ants in our bathroom, broken chairs in the lobby, dirty sun lounges etc. Lots of little things that didn't ruin our stay but effect the overall impression of many who stay here. The lack of an adults only pool is the biggest drawback for me.

OMG best Xmas ever. We were spoilt all day. Surprised us with a xmas hamper, home made goodies left on our patio (everyone got one each). Very friendly people, activities all day and all nite. Food was delicious even for our little people under 5s. They think they are going back again for another holiday.

Very hot in the eating areas. Not enough fans to keep us cool. That's all. Everything was as we expected.

Buffet breakfast was great

Tied resort which needs maintenance. Some of the staff were very unfriendly. One staff member got drunk and entered a Bure uninvited while the guest was sleeping. There was a scuffle between this person and other staff as they were trying to calm the guy down. You get what you pay for at this resort. Next time we will pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

Rooms some days weren't cleaned very well. It is in need of a revamp. Bed was not changed in the 7 days we stayed there.They need to look at the small things that make a big impact, eg a toaster that works at breakfast, when you have maybe 100 people going through for breakfast and a toaster that can't even toast the bread after putting it through at least 12 times, and then replacing it with a every day toaster that was just as bad. We had a couple of bad days with weather( not their fault)' but there wasn't much to do on these days ,for guess, why not have a quiz game where the guess make up teams, and maybe the winners could get a free meal??? As I say it is the small things that can make a big difference. Maybe add different items in the breakfast menu.

Village feel to it.

The pool area was very dated. Need more coffee cups & plates - had to wait for them at breakfast time. Lovely place just needs a bit of a makeover.

-The pool was clean and was good temperature. It had daily activites such as volleyball, aqua aerobics, and scuba diving practise. -You could use all the facilities for free which were at a high standard. -The rooms were all private and separate (except joint along one other room) which gave more privacy rather than one big block of rooms. -Very helpful tour desk. -Very cheap happy hour and good games! - Kids ate for free -Comfortable chairs and hammocks :) -Close to villages to experience the real fiji! - Options for Vegetarians -Live stage every night -Cleaning ladies did a really good job!

-Although the kids ate free and there food was good from what we saw, the food for adults were lacking some quality. The menu changed almost every day which made it hard for the chefs to really nail specific meals. Needed more flavour in a lot of the meals and most of the food seemed to come from a packet but the prices were still quite high for the quality. - The mini golf area was almost unplayable as it was pure cracked concrete so the ball would just bounce off and out and one of the stages had a fallen tree on it. -Needs More seating around the pool side -Internet was very slow, only lasted one day for one device only. -Adults couldn't use the slide :( - Although they had a vegetarian menu which helped me so much, the meals were very bland, very few ingredients and nothing had been home made. Very nice options just needs a bit of work on the meals themselves.

The beach & the cleaning staff.

The food in the restaurant was not up to standard for the money. In particular, the grilled T-bone steaks were like charcoal & burnt cardboard for Fj$ 42 each. However, the Mongolian barbecue wasn't too bad.

The bungalows are really nice, clean & tidy and minimalistic. The gardens and views are lovely. The snorkeling is really good.

Could do with some maintenance. The restaurants were very average, as was the food. These areas along with the pool area could do with some reno.

Les activités proposés sont nombreuses Le personnel est tellement souriant et aimable, ça fait plaisir La chambre est spacieuse, grand lit, salle de bain avec douche plus baignoire.

Problème de Wi-Fi durant tout le séjour Emplacement un peu trop reculé Mauvaise insonorisation.

Connexion wi fi inexistante sauf a la réception!!!! alors que cela était prévu dans le tarif et aucune négociation possible

La beauté naturelle du site, la plage et la végétation extraordinaires! Personnel très chaleureux .

Peu de choix en terme de restauration . Vétusté des équipements (absence totale d'entretien de la salle de sport. Installations du spa très limitées, piscine trop petite pour le nombre de clients)

Seule la vue était correcte sur la mer

Struttura vecchia , stanze sporche , attenzione all igiene inesistente , dico solo che piatti bicchieri e posate vengono solo sciacquati, il mangiare lasciamo stare ... personale svogliato , in fase di check out vi consiglio di guardare bene il conto perché ci provano sempre con pseudi sbagli

Bella struttura pulita e personale super accogliente. Ristorazione gratuita per i bimbi: pranzo dalle 12 alle 13 e cena dalle 17alle 18

Il resort e' semplice ma ben organizzato...spiaggia meravigliosa,personale super accogliente,buon cibo e servizio Spa fantastico,un peccato non aver prenotato una vacanza più lunga!!!ottima meta se si cerca soprattutto relax!!
